Spotlight Shines on Fashion Angels Project Runway Craft Kits

New York, NY – (February 13, 2012) – Since 2008, when Fashion Angels Enterprises struck a deal structured through ACI Licensing LLC, Fashion Angels has been creating a top-selling, sophisticated array of style and design toys based on Lifetime TV’s popular Project Runway reality series, a show that tracks the competitive progress of aspiring fashion designers.

This year, Fashion Angels shows its entire line of Project Runway items at Toy Fair 2012, held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, February 12-15. Displayed in Booth #117 at the show, the line is led by Fashion Angels’ Project Runway Sketch Portfolio™, a finalist for The Toy Industry Association’s Activity Toy of the Year.

Mark Miller, CEO of Fashion Angels Enterprises said, “Working with Project Runway is the perfect marriage of the two companies. Fashion Angels’ focus has always been to encourage creativity. Tweens love fashion and Project Runway is all about the love of fashion. We work wonderfully together.”

The Fashion Angels Project Runway product line continues to expand with various style and design sketching and craft products that inspire young fashion-conscious kids, who want to learn, practice and hone talents that make them feel a part of the fashion scene and may, one-day, lead to a dream career in the fashion industry.

The Project Runway design kits that Fashion Angels offers range from activity books, hip design guides, sketchpads and drawing tools to make-up artist kits, fashion magazine publishing activities, and even how to organize a runway event. The line also has kits with three-dimensional forms to practice draping and figurative drawing, and new additions provide the “next step” in the designing process that children and adults can create something they can actually wear. Choices in the Fashion Angels Project Runway products offer various mediums to ambitious tie dye, silk screen or airbrush artists. The kits have all you need with stencils, dyes and tools to get started on the way to D.I.Y. textiles to wear yourself and share with friends.

“We have been very fortunate to see the growth we have over the past few years,” Miller explains. “Fashion Angels is very excited to bring what we do best in our own Fashion Angels brand as well as extend new items with the use of other prestigious brands.”

In addition to the Project Runway line, Fashion Angels Enterprises also offers a complete ensemble of Fashion Angels branded toys and fashion trend products, including all-new additions to its licensed product lines from Mattel for Barbie®, Monster High™ and Hot Wheels®, as well as a brand new line for Lalaloopsy™ through a new license agreement with MGA Entertainment.
